Banker Steel has recently chosen our firm to handle public relations and event planning related to them fabricating the structural steel foundation of the new Freedom Tower in New York City. The Freedom Tower is the historic rebuilding of the World Trade Center. With articles already appearing in Esquire and the Washington Post as well as numerous local and regional publications, the public has generated a flurry of excitement over this symbolic reconstruction.
Also planned, but not finalized, is a tour from the fabrication facilities in Lynchburg, Va to the construction site in NY City. This tour will have the 3 large trucks carrying the initial beams stopping at various communities along the way giving the public a chance to sign the beams and be part of this historic process.
